I’m Melania and I am an Event Platform Manager at Iventions. Originally from Italy, I hold a Master’s degree in Trade Show, Event and Retail Store Management & Design, in addition to qualifications in event management, languages and literature.
With over 5 years’ experience in the events sector as both a digital project manager and event manager, I pride myself on my dynamic problem-solving approaches and strong interpersonal skills. In my previous positions within the DMC sector, I had the privilege of handling the logistics of multiple incentive trips and on-site events for American universities, including the University of Chicago, Columbia University and NYU. I’ve also managed congresses and corporate events for global brands including Nestlé, Bulgari, Netcomm and Ducati – where I seamlessly handled several projects at once with a meticulous eye for detail and gained great expertise in operations and production. What’s more, I have extensive experience in developing and overseeing hybrid and digital events, which has allowed me to develop my production mindset, hone strong analytical skills and become an expert in various virtual platforms.
