We designed and executed the successful sixth edition of the world class Euroleague Final Four (2019) hospitality in Vitoria-Gasteiz.

Case

For the sixth time in a row, Iventions produced the exclusive hospitality event for the Euroleague Final Four. The Basque Country was the selected area to host this breathtaking edition. After working on Euroleague Final Four in Milan, Madrid, Berlin, Istanbul and Belgrade; we were more than happy to manage this year’s operations in Vitoria-Gasteiz. As expected, the Fernando Buesa Arena was completely sold out. Guests and supporters are loyal to their teams and come back every year.

We designed diverse packages and hospitality programmes for 2,000 guests, and hosted 4 different hospitality areas; distinct categories with different levels of exclusivity and range of services. All areas included an indoor lounge and outdoor patio, as well as extensions of the hospitality areas in semi-transparent tent structures. The guests of the Club, VIP, VVIP categories savoured the basketball games from premium seats with direct and close views to the court. The Platinum guests could feel the performance and sport intensity from their exclusive courtside seats.

Work process

Iventions has developed a close relationship with Euroleague Final Four, being the production agency for all hospitality areas for six years now. We designed the spaces and packages in various categories: The Club, VIP, VVIP and Platinum. In the Basque Country’s edition, we introduced a major improvement by creating outdoor hospitality areas, which consisted of well-integrated stadium patios and temporary tent structures. Each of them included a Sports bar, a huge LED live viewing screen and a DJ booth. Furthermore, we brought in local musicians to perform live on stage for the Platinum guests. It was undoubtedly an added value to the VIP guests’ experience.

We know how to keep the top international service standards consistently all around Europe, where local regulations are perfectly understood by our team. Yearly, the Euroleague Final Four challenges us to produce a more inventive and overall better experience. In Vitoria-Gasteiz, we provided services for an extra event in Mitika club for sponsors, a press conference and a closing staff party. Working with a local supply chain is our forte, always ensuring that the host city benefits from such an event.
