For the second time, we designed and constructed the RFS stand for the world’s largest exhibition in the mobile industry, the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona.

Case

Iventions conceptualised and produced various exhibits at the world’s largest gathering for the mobile industry: Mobile World Congress. The mobile industry's premier event, which combines congress and exhibition, took place in Barcelona. With an audience from over 198 countries, this global event highlights the beginning of the era of intelligent connectivity and 5G.

As part of the numerous companies showcasing the latest technology, RFS, total-package solutions provider for wireless infrastructures, asked us to build their stand. As their second representation at the MWC, we convinced the attendees of RFS’ innovative know-how and market leader positioning. The RFS stand sparkled in the presence of other notable brands, thanks to an inviting and industrial stand design, making the guests feel like they were entering a world of modernity.

The stand design made us very visible from far away. It was attractive, as the product display was perfectly matching the look and feel.

Work process

For RFS’ second solo exhibit during the Mobile World Congress, Iventions designed a stand mirroring their image and position in the market: an industrial look and feel to stand out from the rest. As the company is a total-package solutions provider for wireless infrastructure, we created a huge, rotating 5G sign as the centrepiece of RFS’ exhibit, in order to emphasise height and innovation. A star stand, its roots firmly based in sound engineering and exciting graphics.

Comfortable hospitality areas with networking opportunities were the perfect background to showcase RFS’ products and antennas. With the construction of a first floor, the guests and team members were able to hold private meetings that led to new business. Easily finding solutions for many last-minute requests, our team of international project managers created a feeling of trust and flexibility. Working together, RFS was extremely content with the successful stand, the creation of new business opportunities and the striking design.
