We conceptualised, designed and built Radisys' stand for the largest exhibition in the mobile industry, Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2019 in Barcelona.

Case

For every edition of the world's largest gathering for the mobile industry, this time highlighting the era of intelligent connectivity and 5G, Iventions designed and managed different exhibits. Combining congress and exhibition, the Mobile World Congress attracts a C-level audience focused on the mobile industry, and that gathers executives representing mobile operators, technology providers, device manufacturers and content from across the world.

As a global leader in open telecom solutions, Radisys has been showcasing the latest technology for many years at the Mobile World Congress, together with notable brands. For the MWC 2019, Radisys wanted to take a different approach in terms of stand design and visibility, and therefore asked us to build their stand. We managed to convince the crowd of Radisys' innovative know-how to drive disruption with easily integrated solutions.

The stand design was very clean and open, perfectly showing our brand messages, and that is the key. Iventions has been wonderful.

Work process

For Radisys’ exhibit during the Mobile World Congress, Iventions designed a stand mirroring their brand image and positioning in the market: a focus on dynamic shapes and exciting colours to stand out from the rest. As the company is a global leader in open telecom solutions, we designed different interaction and network spaces, together with meeting rooms to facilitate sharing and new business opportunities. With such a new striking stand design, we managed to give Radisys an attractive look and feel to show their services to the world.

To create a very hospitable environment, we focused on a high level of catering service and attention provided by the team. Easily finding solutions for many last-minute requests, our team of international project managers was available 24/7 and created a feeling of trust and flexibility.
